We started in 2018 designing controllers and software that ran inside other manufacturers' machines. Since 2019 we have been building our own — hardness testers and universal testing machines where the electronics, software and mechanics all come from one workshop in Ichalkaranji.
Most testing-machine makers start with a frame and buy the electronics in. We did it the other way round — and it shows in how our machines measure, automate and report.

Eklavya Techno Solutions was founded by two electronics engineers. Our first work was control electronics and software supplied as an OEM partner to machine builders: controllers, HMIs, data acquisition and PC applications that ran inside other manufacturers' equipment. Every board, firmware and application was designed in-house.
Having built the brains for so many other machines, we built our own. The first ETS Rockwell hardness testers went out in 2019 with our electronics and automatic load cycle — and from there we added one product line a year: Brinell, impact, torsion, Vickers and universal testing.
Today the mechanics, electronics and software of every ETS machine are designed and built under one roof. That is why our testers lead with measurement, automation and data — touch-screen cycles, camera-based Brinell measurement, computerised UTM software — not just load frames.
Seven years from industrial electronics to a complete range of material testing machines.
Two electronics engineers. OEM controllers, HMIs and software for textile, sugar and compressor machine builders.

Analogue RASN series and digital RASNE-3 with automatic load, dwell and unload cycle.

Brinell testers, Rockwell-cum-Brinell combinations and camera-based Brinell PC measurement software.
Charpy and Izod pendulum impact testers for foundries and forge shops.

Torsion testers and the TSFA touch-screen series with data logging and printer output.

Vickers hardness testers and computerised universal testing machines join the range.

Mechanics, electronics and software built in-house, with installation and calibration support across India.
Because we own every layer of the machine, a customer's request — a new scale, a report format, a PLC interface — is an engineering change, not a vendor negotiation.
Controllers, load cells, drives and HMIs designed and assembled by ETS.
Firmware, touch-screen cycles, Brinell PC and UTM applications with reports and export.
Frames, elevating screws in hardened ground bushes, and load systems machined in-house.
Both partners are electronics engineers — which is why measurement and automation come first in every ETS machine.
Electronics engineer and Director since the company was founded in 2018. Leads customers, installations and the dealer network — from Rockwell lines in Pune and Varanasi to ETS’s first export order and authorised dealer in Nepal.
